ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN GANGGUAN KONSEP DIRI : HARGA DIRI RENDAH DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STANDAR ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN (SAK) HDR DAN TERAPI AKTIVITAS KELOMPOK (TAK) STIMULASI PERSEPSI DI RSJD DR AMINO GONDOHUTOMO PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

ABSTRACTBackground: Clients who experience low self-esteem when not receiving appropriate treatment will result in the risk of injuring themselves, others and the environment so that special handling is required.Objective: to manage low self esteem clients using standard of nursing care (SAK) HDR and group activity therapy (TAK) stimulation of perception.Method: The method used in this research use case study with descriptive method through preliminary study followed by case study. In the data collection focused on group activity therapy (TAK).Results: After care done nursing for 4x24 hours on both client got result of problem resolved partially. On Mr. W and Mr. B there is an increase in self-esteem on both clients.Advice: in providing nursing care in patients self-conceptual disorder: low self-esteem should be appropriate to the interests and talents of patients who aim for more effective nursing actions.Keywords: Self Concept Disorder: Low Self-Esteem, Nursing Care Standard, Activity Therapy Group of perceptual stimulatio
