ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA PADA POST STROKE FASE REHABILITASI DENGAN FOKUS STUDI DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING (ADL) DI PUSKESMAS MANGKANG KOTA SEMARANG

Stroke is a nervous function disorder caused by a sudden disruption of blood flow in the brain. The phase of stroke rehabilitation is a recovery program in stroke conditions to optimize the physical capacity and functional capability of stroke patients, so as to be self-sufficient in performing daily activities. Family support is a continuous process throughout life where there is real information, advice, help and attitudes provided by the family. This scientific paper aims to determine the support of families in fulfilling the needs of Activity Daily Living in patients post-stroke phase of rehabilitation in the work area Puskesmas Mangkang Kota Semarang. The type of research is descriptive using case study approach method. Subjects in the study were two clients to know family support in post-stroke patients rehabilitation phase. In this nursing care the authors used a questionnaire to find out the family support given to post-stroke patients in the rehabilitation phase. The data were collected for 6 consecutive meetings. After 6 consecutive meetings, patients can practice to fulfillment their daily independently as indicated by the involvement of the family in providing support for post-stroke patients in the rehabilitation phase. Before being given a sufficient category of Ny.D (38), Ny.S sufficient category (36), Ny.N enough category (35), after being given the action of Ny.D in very good category (48), Ny.S category very Good (48), Ny.N very good category (48).Keywords: Post stroke rehabilitation phase, Family support, Activity Daily Living
