Abstract COPD is a chronic lung disease characterized by airway obstruction in the airways. Shortness of breath, coughing, fatigue are the initial symptoms due to these conditions, this is what lies behind the author doing this research. The purpose of this study was to perform nursing care in patients with COPD with oxygenation disorders. The nursing action provided is to encourage effective cough clients and collaboration of nebulizer and oxygen administration according to physician advice. The research method used is descriptive method that berrtujuan to describe the condition of the client.The results showed that effective coughing and collaboration of bronchodilator drug delivery was effective in overcoming oxygenation disorder.
