EFEKTIVITAS MOBILISASI PROGRESIF LEVEL I DENGAN TERAPI MUSIK MOZART TERHADAP PERUBAHAN STATUS HEMODINAMIK NON INVASIF PADA KLIEN CEDERA KEPALA DENGAN PENURUNAN KESADARAN DI RUANG INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU)

Background: Hemodynamics status instability on head injury with loss of consciousness patients affected intracranial pressure (ICP) elevation. Hemodynamics status recovery on head injury could be perform through either nursing interventions by providing sensory stimulus (Mozart music therapy) as well as motor stimulus (progressive mobilization level I).Objective: This study aimed to evaluatesthe effectiveness of progressive mobilization level I with Mozart music therapy against non-invasive hemodynamics status alteration on head injury with loss of consciousness patients.Method: This study was a quasi-experimental research design with pre-posttest design. All samples were34participants, divided into 2 intervention groups using consecutive sampling technique. Data examined statistically using paired t-test and Wilcoxon test for paired groups and independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test for unpaired group.Results: Progressive mobilizationlevel I (intervention 1) influenced systolic blood pressure (p=0.0001), diastolic (p=0.002) and MAP (p=0.019), but not influencedheart rate (p=0.155), respiration (p=0895) and oxygen saturation (p=0.248). Meanwhile music therapy Mozart (intervention 2) influenced systolic blood pressure (p=0.0001), diastolic (p=0.0001), respiration (p=0.032) and oxygen saturation (p=0.008), but not influenced MAP (p=0.561). There were differences between both intervention groups on systolic blood pressure and heart rate (p 0.05).Conclusion: Mozart music therapy was more effective against non-invasive hemodynamics status alteration on head injury with loss of consciousness patients compared with progressive mobilization level I
