GAMBARAN KETERAMPILAN PEMERIKSAAN KPSP OLEH KADER PADA BALITA USIA 18 BULAN

The quality of next generation depends on the quality of growth and development of children, especially toddlers (0-3 years old) is a period of brain development. Deviations growth must be detected early, especially before the age of 3 years, in order to immediately intervene. When the detection of late, it will be too late and the handling of irregularities will be difficult to repair (Ambarwati, 2011). Early detection of early childhood development is an effort to improve the quality of children and the duty of cadres Posyandu. Therefore, it is desirable understanding and skills of cadres in the early detection of early childhood development. Training is one way to improve the skills of cadres.The purpose of this study was to determine the skill description kpsp inspection by cadres in toddlers aged 18 months.The research method using pre experimental with one shot case study design. The study population of all cadres active toddler in Puskesmas of 203 cadres, and a sample of 67 volunteers. Penggambilan engineering samples using Proportional Random Sampling which is done by taking the subjects from each village determined balanced by the number of subjects in each village. Univariate analysis techniques to produce an overview Frequency Distribution of ratings KPSP cadre skills in toddlers aged 18 months.The results showed picture after being given a training cadre skills KPSP in infants aged 18 months was 48 cadres or 71.6% have the ability cadre of skilled and 19 or 28.4% have sufficient capacity skilled.From the results of this study are expected to increase education or training in the early detection of early childhood development on the cadres and the child's parents
