FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGANKEJADIAN LESI PRA KANKER DI PUSKESMAS WILAYAH KERJA KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG TAHUN 2016

WHO data show the world each year 490,000 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer and 80% are in developing countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia estimated that every day 40 to 45 new cases emerge, 20-25 people die from cervical cancer (Desby, 2015). Infection cause of cervical cancer is the human papilloma virus (HPV) (dr Rasidi, 2010). The risk factors cause pre-cancerous lesions of which is sexual intercourse, smoking, oral contraceptive use, age and parity.The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors associated with the incidence of pre-cancerous lesions in the region of Temanggung District Health Center in 2016. This study was an analytical with cross sectional design. How sampling in this study using the formula Slovin. The research sample numbering 255 women drawn from eight health centers that have conducted screening IVA in the district of Temanggung.The results showed that of the 255 respondents (100%) there were 153 respondents (60,0%) had a positive pre-cancerous lesions. The risk factors by age group show a link with p value of 0.000. The risk factors of smoking also showed significant correlation with p value 0.000. The high incidence of first sexual intercourse is too early also showed significant correlation with p value 0.001. Use of the hormonal contraceptive proven to have an effect on the incidence of pre-cancerous lesions in the statistical test showed p value 0.034. Parity risk factors showed no association with p value 0.208.Health education of about cause the incidence of pre-cancerous lesions as age, smoke, hormonal contraceptive, sexual intercourse and parity shoud be known by community.
