MRI Brain examination used contast media on sequences FLAIR post contrast media can make images of intracranial tumor more enhance than T1W Spin Echo, while BLADE can reduce motion artefact. MRI Brain examination usually use T1W Spin Echo as common sequences whereas T1W FLAIR with BLADE rarely used. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference image information MRI Brain post contrast between Sequence T1W FLAIR with BLADE and T1W Spin Echo and to know the most optimal image information of MRI Brain post contrast between sequences T1W FLAIR and T1W Spin Echo in intracranial tumor.This research is performed in 5 patient with 2 responden.
