Analisis Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja Berdasarkan Teori WISN di Bagian Filing RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal Tahun 2016

Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal Hospital in the filing using decentralized storage systems. And the results of preliminary studies with the filing officer obtained information such as hospitalization still many inpatient medical record file is still piling up because it has not entered into shelf filing. So that the officer found it difficult to seek medical record file, if the file does not exist in the medical record filing shelves. And the purpose of this study was to determine the amount of manpower needs at the filing Hospital Dr. H Soewondo Kendal based on the theory WISN.This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The method used is the method of observation, focus group discussions and interviews. Subjects were filing clerk at Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal Hospital , amounting to 5 people. Filing officer divided into two: four officers filing outpatient and a filing clerk hospitalization. By analsisi data using WISN methods.The results showed the number of manpower requirements outpatient filing clerk by 5 officers and the filing of hospitalization by 2 officers. From these results, it takes an additional 1 filing clerk at the outpatient and 1 clerk at the filing of hospitalization
