The subject of research is the head of medical record and 2 enforcement officers of shrinkage. object research is SOP that deals with shrinkage MRD in-patient. The method of the data that are observation, interviews and study dokumentasi. Research instruments that are guidelines observation & interview. The method of analysis data that are transkip observation and interview reduced to table categorisation later made a chart koding.The implementation of the shrinkage has been running well. Communication done by the leader of record medical at the beginning activities, was transferred to coordinator medical record. Human resources there are 2 the officers coding and reporting that do separation MRD in active. Resources equipment are a mask, raffia, markers, HVS paper, troly, and storage space in active, but do not have a rack for storing MRD in active.
