Analisis Efisiensi Pelayanan Rumah Sakit dengan Pendekatan Barber Johnson (Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang)

Barber Johnson is one of the indicators used to measure the quality of hospital services. There are four parameters used to assess the efficiency of inpatient beds. In RSI Sultan Agung is known that one of the parameters , BOR has decreased the percentage of 2013-2015. Where the reduction impacted on policy-making inpatient services.
