We study by neutron diffraction, X rays and magnetic measurements the cubic spinel samples Co3-xMnxO 4 (0.6 ≤ x ≤ 1.2) . All measurements are made on powder samples. Inversion is determined. X rays measurements at 4.2 °K do not show any change in crystal system. The magnetic structure is established and anisotropy constants are determined.
