The research on the level of markers of endogenous intoxication in the midst of bronchopneumonia and during convalescence in calves was conducted in conditions of a complex for feeding young cattle. The experiment involved calves aged 4–5 months, group 1 – clinically healthy (n = 30), group 2 – animals with bronchopneumonia with moderate severity of the disease (n = 72) subjected to full treatment. Blood sampling was carried out the day the groups were formed (in calves from group 2, this is the period of “high disease”), as well as on days corresponding to days 1, 3, 6, 10, 13, 18, and 25 after the disappearance of specific symptoms of bronchopneumonia.
