The article defines the evaluation criteria for the formation of the competence of the organizers of the educational process at the Agrarian University in the use of information and communication technology tools. It is shown how to estimate this level. Measurable indicators of evaluation criteria are highlighted and methods for measuring these indicators are disclosed.
