We present a model of the electron spectrum with one delocalized hole-like broad band weakly hybridized with the array of localized levels. Effective Hamiltonian including the spin-spin interaction, spin-hole interaction and hole-hole interaction is derived. At some assumptions the exchange integral proves to be a long-range one. It is shown that at small dopant concentrations carriers in the conduction band form the large size polarons. The magnetic susceptibility of the whole system and its dependence on concentration and temperature (in the range of large concentrations) are found.
