We have realized an apparatus to fabricate CdS thin films by spray. The different studies on physical properties of the CdS as a function of fabrication parameters led us to define the experimental conditions to obtain the properties analogous to that of CdS evaporated. We have obtained the efficiency of 3.5 % for Cu2S-CdS Backwall cells realized with the CdS sprayed layers, for AM1 sunlight.Nous avons mis au point un appareillage de fabrication de lames de CdS par la méthode de pulvérisation chimique réactive en phase liquide.
