Cyclic mechanisms (cam, crank and others) are most vulnerable to the growth of dynamic (oscillatory) processes, especially at high speeds of their movement. Many factors affect the reliability and performance of these mechanisms, determined primarily by their dynamic characteristics. The main ones are the elastic-inertial and dissipative properties of the links, external forces acting on the elements of the mechanisms, as well as the gaps in the kinematic pairs of the links of the links.
