A partir de la spectrométrie Mössbauer, on propose une méthode pour déterminer quantitativement le taux d'austénite retenu dans des aciers alliés avec des éléments carburogènes. On élimine ainsi l'effet parasite des carbures paramagnétiques contenant du fer, à l'aide de procédés auxiliaires tels que traitements thermiques et analyse chimique.
