Dans cet article nous rappelons quelques problèmes importants de transfert de chaleur à des températures voisines du Kelvin. Nous traitons plus particulièrement de la résistance de contact thermique entre solides et de la résistance thermique entre solides et hélium superfluide (résistance de Kapitza).
