Abstraet. — In order to determine the optical properties of thin layers, a method has been set up for the simultaneous measurement of the reflection and transmission factors R, R' and T and of the corresponding phase changes Δr, Δ r' and Δt. Superposition fringes obtained with two Fabry-Perot etalons are used for this purpose. The principal interest of this method resides in the two following facts : firstly the measurements of R, R', T and Δr are simultaneous and are effected at the same point of the layer, and secondly, the accuracy of the phase change measurement is increased appreciably by the use of the photoelectric receiver.En vue de la détermination des propriétés optiques des couches minces, on a mis au point une méthode permettant...
