The temperature dependence of the intensities of the (00l) X-ray reflections from a binary paraffin (C23H48-25 % C 24H50) was determined, in order to obtain structural parameters related to the molecular disorder and intramolecular defects. The long lattice spacing was also determined as a function of temperature. All these results are compared with the temperature dependence of the ratio of the two short lattice parameters.
