Resonances in the 12C + 12C interaction at E cm = 7.45, 8.45, 8.85 and 9.25 MeV corresponding to excitation energies in 24Mg of 21.4, 22.4, 22.8 and 23.2 MeV respectively are reported. These resonances are seen in the proton and alpha exit channels.
