This paper completes the work of a previous paper (1) . We describe the Compton interaction electron-photon by a Boltzmann operator ; this operator is modified by induced emission terms. We expand this operator following the perturbation caused to the electron motion during a Compton collision, and we deduce the radiation evolution equations. We calculate the energy and momentum transfer between radiation and electrons. We determine graphically the plasmas where the Compton effect is important.
