Neutron diffraction measurements performed on the TbRu2Ge 2 compound, which cristallizes in the tetragonal ThCr2Si 2 type cristal structure, indicate that the magnetic structure of the compound is sine modulated below 32 K (Néel température) and becomes squared modulated at 4 K with a terbium magnetic moment equal to 9.06 μ B and a propagation vector k = [0.2331, 0, 0].
