Neutron scattering investigations were performed for TbPd3 and DyPd3 in order to study magnetic ordering phenomena and crystal-field splittings. TbPd3 shows below TN = 3.1 K an incommensurate antiferromagnetic spiral type structure corresponding to two wavevectors. For DyPd3 ferromagnetic ordering below TC1 = 2.2 K and a commensurate ferromagnetic structure below TC2 = 1.6 K is observed
