Using TSC technique joined to a cutting process of the sample we show the asymmetric polarization of PVF2 samples and the importance of the injection process from the positive electrode, in the formation of the piezoelectric effect.La technique des courants thermiquement stimulés associée à un procédé de découpage en surface des échantillons montre la dissymétrie de polarisation d'échantillons de PVF2.
