One of the 2p3, 2p4 or 2p5 levels of neon is excited in a discharge by a tunable dye laser. By measuring the intensities of the lines emitted from this level and the neighbouring ones as a function of the pressure, we deduce the cross section σab for excitation transfer from level a to level b, induced by collisions against neon atoms in their ground states. The following values were obtained σ2p4 2p3 = 4.8 ± 0.5 Å2 σ2p4 2p5 = 3.6 ± 0.5 Å2 σ2p5 2p4 = 31.1 ±2Å 2 σ2p5 2p4 = 4.6 ± 0.5 Å2.On excite dans une décharge un des niveaux 2p3, 2p4 ou 2p5 du néon par un laser à colorant de longueur d'onde réglable.
