The osmotic pressure Π of dilute solutions of 3He in superfluid 4He is evaluated by a second order perturbation calculation in U(r), the interaction potential between two atoms of 3He in 4He. For concentrations of 3He below 0.5 % and temperatures below 0.1 °K, it is shown that satisfactory expressions of Π can be given in which U(r) enters only by its second and fourth "moments". The theoretical and experimental values of Π seem in agreement at low temperatures T << TF (TF, the Fermi temperature of the 3He) .
