The treatment of agribusiness effluents in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) constitutes an alternating solution for these effluents treatment by an activated sludge process. The optimization of the treatment of the Gaseous drinks company of North Fez effluents is based on studying the effect of the following parameters on the SBR performance: duration of the SBR cycle, number of cycles per day, duration of ventilation, duration of the decanting and the C/N/P. A ventilation of 10 hours, presented an average performance of 52.3 % for the CODT, the effluent treatment by one cycle per day for a duration of ventilation of 22 hours, increased the purification yield.
