The problem of use of selective coatings on the flat surfaces of solar receivers is studied. The main types of coatings together with optical, technical and exploitation characteristics are examined. Finally, theoretical and experimental data concerning the influence of selective surfaces on the efficiency of flat solar receivers are discussed.On étudie le problème d'utilisation des revêtements sélectifs sur les surfaces planes des récepteurs solaires.
