The Integrated Circuits and the microelectronics devices working in temperatures lower than 100 K are studied by cryomicroelectronics. In this short review paper the development of this new branch of microelectronics is described. Particularly the advantages and the drawbacks of the cooling of integrated circuits and devices are listed. Then the current research axis are given. They correspond to two different approaches ; the " classic " one which is based to the materials used in the present VLSI technology and the innovative way which aims at using new H$T_{\rm c}$ superconductors.L'objet de la cryomicroélectronique est l'étude des Circuits Intégrés et des composants microélectroniques à des températures inférieures à 100 K.
