The superplastic deformation of circular metal sheets submitted to variable stresses is studied. Specifically, the influence of a rheological parameter on the shape of the bulged pieces and the kinetics of deformation are examined. The experimental results obtained with two superplastic alloys, the eutectic alloy PbSn and titanium alloy Ti6A14V, are compared with theoretical results.
