Terbentuknya persepsi positif dari pasien diharapkan dapat memunculkan kepuasan pelayanan farmasi terutama dalam informasi obat sehingga adanya loyalitas pasien atas jasa lembaga pelayanan kesehatan yang pernah digunakannya.
