The issues of the influence of the changed conditions for obtaining probably-determined information on the operation of generating equipment and power consumption regimes on the decisions taken to ensure the required level of reservation of the territorial zones of the UES of Russia in the current regulatory environment to the indicators of balance reliability are considered.
