We present the experimental results for the decays 167Yb → (17mn) 167Tm and 165Yb →(10mn) 165Tm. The corresponding level schemes are discussed. Comparison of the energies of similar intrinsic levels in four odd-A thulium isotopes suggests that their deformation decreases when the mass number increases.Les résultats expérimentaux relatifs aux décroissances 167Yb →(17mn) 167Tm et 165Yb →(10mn) 165Tm sont présentés et interprétés. Un schéma de niveaux partiel de 165Tm est en particulier proposé. La comparaison des énergies des niveaux intrinsèques correspondants, dans quatre thuliums impairs déficients en neutrons, conduit à admettre que leur déformation varie en sens inverse du nombre de masse
