Orientadores: Flávio Dias Passos, Vera Nisaka SolferiniDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de BiologiaResumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi tentar elucidar as relações taxonômicas dentro de um possível complexo de espécies em Stramonita brasiliensis, um gastrópode marinho que ocorre em costões rochosos ao longo do litoral brasileiro. Para tanto foram sequenciados o gene mitocondrial COI e o nuclear 28S de espécimes de S. brasiliensis coletados em oito pontos ao longo do litoral dos estados de São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, na região sudeste do Brasil.
