A artemisinina e seus derivados constituem uma nova classe de antimaláricos e um efeito significativo, para o tratamento da malária. Este estudo teve por finalidade construir modelos QSAR-2D e 4D para 180 análogos e derivados de artemisinina. Foram feitos cálculos de orbitais moleculares ab initio em níveis HF e DFT/B3LYP.
