We use coupled mode theory (CMT) to analyze a metal-insulator-metal (MIM) plasmonic structure that is composed of a bus waveguide coupled to a linear ring resonators array. The transmission is calculated and the relationship of the radius of the rings for the asymmetric array is tracked out.
