Kinetics of chemisorption of Indium on (111) Silicon was measured, in ultra-high vacuum, by a mass-spectrometric technique, where the desorption signal was monitored. A coverage independent chemisorption energy of 57 K.Cal/mole was obtained upto 7 × 1014 atom/cm2.
