We have measured the critical attenuation of sound of liquid helium four confined in porous Vycor glass. Around Tλ the experimental data are interpreted in terms of restricted geometry scaling. We compare our results with other results obtained for He4 in different restricted geometries.Nous avons mesuré l'atténuation critique ultrasonore de l'hélium quatre liquide confiné dans du verre poreux de Vycor.
