Search for emission-line galaxies towards nearby voids. List 2

We present a second list of emission-line galaxies (ELGs) discovered during our survey of nearby voids. The project aims to answer the question of whether the giant galaxies are fair tracers of the large scale structure and whether the voids are really empty. This paper is the third of a series of papers dedicated to this project. The survey was based on a sample selected from the HQS (Hamburg Quasar Survey) - IIIa-J digitised objective prism plates and the main selection criteria was the presence of emission-lines, mainly of the [OIII] ${\lambda}$5007 line. Positions, heliocentric redshifts, detected emission-lines and finding charts are provided for ELGs in a region North of the Coma Supercluster, $30.5^{\circ}<{\delta}
