We describe He-Ne lasers frequency stabilized by saturated absorption in methane (λ = 3.39 μm) and in iodine (λ = 0.633 μm ; λ = 0.612 μm). Their frequency stability and reproducibility are studied. Such devices are useful as frequency and length standards. They may also be used to improve the frequency stability of CW dye lasers and to calibrate wavelength measuring systems such as sigmameters or lambdameters.Nous décrivons des lasers hélium-néon stabilisés en fréquence sur des raies d'absorption saturée moléculaires dans le domaine infrarouge (méthane ; λ = 3,39 μm) et dans le domaine visible (iode ; λ = 0,633 μm ; λ = 0,612 μm).
