We describe the first results of a double irradiation experiment. The infrared radiation is produced by a CO2 Laser which induce transitions between vibration-rotation levels of ammonia. The influence of the infrared radiation on the inversion spectrum of ammonia is detected in the microwave region.On décrit les premiers résultats d'une expérience de double irradiation de l'ammoniac. Le rayonnement infrarouge est produit par un laser à gaz carbonique qui induit des transitions entre les niveaux de vibration-rotation de l'ammoniac.
