We report a numerical method to calculate the sampled derived function which gives a noise rejection of 18 dB/octave. After a preliminary calculation of the coefficients of the Z transfer function of the filter the derivative is obtained by a linear combination of the 5 elements of an array. The treatment may be performed in real time operation.
