The first part of this study relate to the laminar flow in rough circular pipes. At first in a theoretical analysis the streamlines are computed in the immediate viscinity of the roughness, being considered always very small compared to the diameter of the pipe. Taking into account this theoretical results, the region of the diffuse layer convected by the flow is settled in the second part of this study. The charge convected is then computed and compared with the experimental values obtained.
