Epitaxially grown Fe(001) thin films have been investigated by ferromagnetic resonance. The angular dependence of the resonance field position was measured in different planes with respect to the crystallographic axes of the sample and analysed by a theoretical model. Values of the anisotropy constants are obtained self-consistently from the measurements.1214169952853
