A review is given of current knowledge about radiation induced defects in semiconductors and about their influence on properties of these materials. Recent work has shown the importance of interactions between these defects and impurities, other defects or electron population. Such interactions modify the structure, stability and effects of radiation defects. Specific examples of such effects are discussed, in the case of germanium, silicon and intermetallic compounds.Cette mise au point est consacrée aux défauts créés par irradiation dans les semiconducteurs et à leur influence sur les propriétés de ces corps.
