The P(S-co-VPA) copolymers were characterized by size exclusion chromatography (gel permeation chromatography), Fourier transform infrared vibrational spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
