Des résultats de la modélisation de l'équilibre thermodynamique de différents systèmes sont présentés pour les applications suivantes (1) : Synthèse de Si3N4 à partir de Si dans un plasma d'azote (système Si-N), (2) : Synthèse de Sic à partir de poudre de Si dans un plasma de butane et propane contenant de l'hydrogène (système Si-C-H), (3) : Synthèse de SiC à partir de poudre de silice (SiO2) dans un plasma de butane et propane contenant du graphite (système Si-O-C-H).
