According to the new parameter— “displacement vector" for Martensitic transformation deduced by the present authors, the limitation of the phenomenological theory has been pointed out. Through the calculation of the lattice strain matrix during martensitic transformation, it is found that the lattice deformation of the martensite inclues a pure strain and a rigid rotation, which can be described by matrix quantitatively. Consequently, the largest pure strain and shear strain can be obtained by similar transformation as 13.85% and 17.41% (the shear angle 9.88°) respectively in case of the FCC$\to$BCC martensitic transformation
