La structure locale d'un alliage amorphe Ni64 Zr36 a été déterminée par EXAFS. Les résultats sont comparés aux fonctions de distribution radiale partielle obtenues par diffraction des neutrons en utilisant la méthode de substitution isotopique.The local structure of an amorphous Ni64 Zr36 alloy has been determined by EXAFS. The results are compared with partial radial distribution functions obtained by neutron diffraction using the isotopic substitution method
